USELESS

I thought I might be different or the lucky one - but NO!!! I cant sign in! I also pay for extra iCloud storage. I wouldnt have thought that it would be so difficult for a company such as Apple to create a mobile app that works. I need to access all of my pics & videos from my phone. But all it does is "quivers" every time I try to sign in. Come on Apple!!! You can surely do better than this. So very disappointing.
